This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
How to Enter:
The Competition opens at 6 pm EST Thursday 26 October 2017 and closes at 12 Noon on Saturday 2 December 2017 (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
To enter the Competition, you must:

You can only enter the Competition once.
You must ensure your details on your Facebook page are accurate and up to date to ensure you can be contacted by the Promoter should your entry be selected as the winner.
The winner will be selected by a random draw.
The “major prize” is a one copy of ”Maleny Pop Out Print Book” by Gary Myers, with free delivery to anywhere within Australia. The prize will be mailed or couriered to the winner.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
The name of the prize winners will be published on facebook.com/garymyers on Monday 4 December 2017.
The winners will be contacted via Facebook prior to announcement.
If the competition winners cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize winners, this may prolong the announcement of the winner by the time it takes to draw another winner and contact said winner.
Conditions of Participation:
Entry into the Competition is free and open to all persons residing in Australia aged from 18 years old and above. Employees and Immediate Family of Employees of the Promoter and any person associated with the Competition, and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children, grandparents and grandchildren and in the case of a corporation, its Directors.
An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that the Promoter may use your image and any personal details provided to the Promoter at any time.
The competition prize winner agrees to participate in publicity or advertising as requested by the Promoter.
Liability:
The Promoter and any companies associated with this Competition accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the competition prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by the relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in Northern Territory where required.
If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the prize winner of the Competition, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by competition entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Conditions of Entry shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force and effect as if the offending term or provision appearing had not been inserted herein.
